The company Seidenfalter was founded in 1917. At that time there was still an own production with 65 seamstresses.

Production gradually shifted abroad. Since then, the NOS program, the collection themes and special items have been produced in the private label business.

Bernd Halbe started at the Seidenfalter company at the age of 19 as a customs clerk. Gradually, his areas of responsibility grew and he discovered, among other things, sales and the business administration part for himself. After 25 years of successful work, he managed to assert himself as a shareholder of the company and thus laid the foundation for today's family business.

Stephan Halbe, the eldest son of the Halbe family, took over the management of the company in 2004 and has been responsible for product development and sales ever since.

The company Seidenfalter manufactures high-quality products in the field of men's accessories. From the classic ties, bows, handkerchiefs and braces to belts and scarves.

In addition to the extensive NOS program, there is a new collection every season, in which the three lines Seidenfalter, Atwardson and Prince Bowtie convince with modernity and quality.

In addition, the Seidenfalter tie factory can count the top houses in the specialist trade & key account sector among its customers. In Germany, the company is represented with its own lines or in the private label area.
