1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with Seidenfalter Krawattenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG.
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
The Standard shipping Shipping is free within Germany. For all other countries, please refer to our shipping information for the relevant shipping costs.
For the Express shipping A surcharge of €6.50 applies. Further details regarding express shipping can be found in the offers and in our shipping information.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
4.3 Undeliverable delivery
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which will then automatically become a refund obligation. As a consequence, we will promptly, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by us).

To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after you place your order. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm,
Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoice is only available for consumers and
that payment must be made to Klarna.
When you buy on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you
always have a payment period of 14 days.

6. Warranty and guarantees
6.1 Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

9. Discounts and discount codes
9.1 Usability of discount codes
Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining different discount codes is not possible. Combining bundles and discount codes is not possible.
9.2 Validity
The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes expire after the date stated on the code. Extension is not possible.
9.3 Return of items
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return the goods for other reasons, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. You are not entitled to a refund of the discount code or to a new discount code.
9.4 Settlement for multiple items
If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items (shopping cart discount), we reserve the right to divide the discounted amount between one or several items.
Non-fulfillment of an order or delivery:
In case of non-fulfillment of the order or individual items to which the discount code referred, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or to a new discount code.
